I mailed via USPS Express and the package was 12lbs and well over a 1000 sheets of paper.

In my opinion completely not necessary. Our I-751 submission was this month (May 2023) and was less than 100 pages. The 48-month extension and waived biometrics letters were received less than two weeks later.

Yes it's your opinion, it's a personal choice, you should not say it's unnecessary, it's unnecessary for you! Nothing unnecessary about sending a large packet, same as it's not unnecessary to send a smaller one!

Left my entire stack of paper with the FedEx guy to pack. So worried he messed it up somehow…

Why would you do that? Lot's of personal things in your packet. You are asking for trouble. Let's  hope it works out like it's  supposed too!

When does the fee increase? I’m filing in two weeks.. I’m thinking should I use a lawyer or not. Even though I got a lot docs? This is my decision to make.

Date for fee increase has not been set yet.  I-751 was not difficult.  The guide here on Visa Journey is what we used...no RFEs.

Delivery from FedEx went to pending. Gosh, FedEx is terrible for sure.

Fedex is fine, better than the USPS!

I just got off the phone with FedEx. They marked it delivered in the system, but still have the package. They will attempt on Monday again. I have never been through such a scummy delivery service before. Always go with UPS, went with FedEx this time and terribly regret it!!
