NVC Processing Time for Hungary K1 Visa

I'm an American citizen engaged to a Hungarian woman. I've started the K1 visa process so that my fiancee will be able to move to the US. I submitted form I-129 to USCIS about a year ago, and hope to hear from them within the next couple months.

After USCIS completes their analysis, the case will be transferred to NVC. I've seen statistics showing that the NVC processing time varies widely by immigration origin country. But unfortunately, I'm unable to find the NVC processing time for Hungary.

Does anyone know how long it's currently taking NVC to process K1 visas for Hungary?

NVC doesn’t process I129F petitions, it simply dispatches approved ones to consulates.   You’ll want to research specific interview wait times for your consulate.

Thank you for the reply! I had already emailed the US consulate in Hungary, and they told me that they schedule interviews about one month after they receive the visa paperwork. But I didn't know how long the intermediary step at the NVC takes, and I saw some stats showing that it takes a long time for some countries, which is why I asked about it.
