Hello everyone,

I received a NOIR says that "the petition was subsequently returned to USCIS as the beneficiary did not establish the marriage was entered into in good faith. Good and sufficient cause exists in the present case and supports the commencement of revocation proceedings", and they asked me to provide bona fide evidence.

I traveled every year to his country and have all related evidences of travel like pictures, tickets, apartment receipts and stamps etc and we traveled together for honeymoon so i can provide that evidence and have affidavits to support and we have one plot which we bought together in installments in his country. Is this enough to submit?

Please share your thoughts and opinions.

Thank you.

There is some background info here, it is thin. Pakistan and it seems they may have spent very little time together.

So what has changed since you asked this before?

You may need to move there to live for awhile if you want them to believe that you have a bonafide marriage, because obviously they do not.

I guess 30 days to reply to your NOIR has expired.  Those are good evidence to submit especially owning land together.
