Hello All
please help me out, filling out i130 form online for my spouse and I am stuck at Part 5 Question is "Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien? Should I Say "YES"? since I applied for my both parents back in 2021 and they are approved.

my second question is if I choose here YES then the online application allowing me to put the information for only one parent. means, I only can put the information about my Mother either my father not for the both parents. so what should I do in this situation

for better understand my question I uploaded the snapshot s of the screen where i am having a hard time.

any help is appreciated. Thank a lot.

If you’re only submitting a petition for your spouse, have you tried just select “next” on the third step? I would assume it will give you an option to add previous petition info for another person. Give it a try if not.

Your last screenshot (step 3) has a “add another” option above BACK- Are you saying it is there or the ADD ANOTHER option is not there?

The “Add another” option there refers to anyone else he IS petitioning now.  Which he is not.

Ahhh...  I wonder if going back gives the option of adding more previous petitions.

Maybe it’s ok.

If you look at the corresponding paper form, https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130.pdf, there is only space for ONE previously filed petition.

The instructions say to add any information on blank sheet of paper.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf

“ If you need extra space to complete any item within this petition, use the space provided in Part 9. Additional Information or attach a separate sheet of paper; type or print your name and A-Number (if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate the Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which your answer refers; and sign and date each sheet.”

@Herndon, I would just keep going and see if there is blank space where you can add that you have previously filed and been approved for your mom.

Don’t forget that your i-864 has to include your parents in your household. Do they have income?

My spouse has NO LAST NAME, NO SURNAME, NO NO MIDLE NAME since her birth, she has just her first name in all her documents like Passport, Educational Certificate, birth certificate, Marriage Certificate etc....

when I fill her i130 form online what do I need to write in the box of "Last Name"?

if I write "No LAST NAME" in the Last Name box will USCIS reject the petition?

please advise, how should I proceed with this?

Thank a lot in advance.

Thank you for your valuable reply.
the system is not accepting blank in the last name box. at the end of application it says you have an error to fix. and the error it shows for thelast name.
