For the value of the drugs, no matter HOW poor i was, $15 wouldnt cut it.....

Border police officers seized Saturday three kilograms of opium worth 30,000 dollars at the border checkpoint in Vama Veche, Constanta County, according to the Border Police Inspectorate.

The drug was wrapped in 23 packets and according to police it was hidden in a package coming from Turkey.

Police said that a 56-year-old Turkish citizen, who was in a van coming into the country, tried to trick officers and sneak the drug into the country.

However, police saw that the van's driver was nervous and decided to carefully check the all the bags and packages.

They discovered the drug hidden inside a box filled with candies and chocolate.

The driver then admitted he was given 15 dollars to bring the box in the country, but said he had no idea of its content.

and i dont care how old you are, if your offered money to drive a package into another country, and your not a major mail carrier, THERES SOMETHING ILLEGAL IN IT!!!

Man.... how can you not know there's something wrong when someone offers you money to bring something into the country instead of doing it themselves??

However, police saw that the van's driver was nervous and decided to carefully check the all the bags and packages.

And if he didn't know the content, why was he so nervous?? He had to know it was something very wrong!
