Usually people that cases got transfered to CSC got their approval without an interview, but there is never a guarantee...NEVER!!

One of the previous posters is correct that most cases transferred to CSC get approved without an interview. However, that's probably not something you should be holding your breath for. Make sure you have documentation for a possible interview. No one really knows what sets a case appart to be transferred and approved without an interview.

Exactly. Mycase is pending at CSC but I was told by an IO that it will get transfered back to the local office where I will have an interview. So even IFyou get transfered to CSC, doesn't mean anything.

An IO at our infopass said that they are sending K-1 AOS's to CSC without an interview because they just recently were interviewed in their home country. This was the IO that was able to verify to my IO that there are AOS's being sent to CSC and being approved without an interview (she laughed when I said that cases were being approved without an interview). I could swear that there are other cases besides K-1's being sent to CSC without interviews, right? I think they make up stuff as they go.
