You should have sent the letter today. Please send it tomorrow, priority mail.

You seem to need a lot of help which is fine but don't you have someone you could ask for help in real life? It's much easier to help in person than online like this. A family member or a friend, I'm sure there's someone you could ask for help on how to send a letter in the US. Also in general is good to learn how to do things in the country you're about to be a citizen of soon.

Just to add to that, most communities have some help available to immigrants/immigrants who want to naturalize.  For example, this is the one for the City of Boston: https://www.boston.gov/departments/immigrant-advancement/become-citizen#:~:text=This year's Citizenship Day is,Citizenship on April 1%2C 2023.

 

Usually, google with Your city/Your state+help to become a citizen should bring good results.  OP can also look up this list: https://www.immigrationadvocates.org/legaldirectory/
