I don't think you can correct the form once it's submitted.

They might refuse to interview you based on those answers, but that's a very small chance.  You've filed the paperwork and paid your fees so I would expect them to invite you in.

When you go to your interview, tell the interviewing officer up front that you make a mistake on the form.  Tell him/her that you meant to answer Yes to questions 45-50 but you got confused.  Mention it before they do.

Be apologetic and honest.  You're not trying to hide anything...you just got mixed up.  You want to correct those answers right away.

Those are disqualifying answers. .....especially  #45 and #47.  This could result in a rejection or immediate denial.

Upon checking the copy of my N400 , I’ve noticed that I mistakenly selected NO to item 45-50, what should I do . I selected NO to all of them , how can I correct it?

Did you fill it out online or by mail?

I would send a letter, excerpting the answers, stating that this was an error, and you are changing your answers.

Hence the urgency of correcting this now.

I filled my application by mail. How to send a letter to them ? Please help me out

You received an N-400 receipt. It has a USCIS address. Write to that address. Include a copy of the receipt.

Thank you so much is it the one says P.O. Box?

1. Do you see any other address on your N-400 receipt?

2. The second page of my wife’s N-400 receipt from November 2022 has this address:

National Benefits Center

U.S. CITIZENSHIP IMMIGRATION SVC

P.O. BOX 25920

Overland Park KS 66225

What addresses are on your N-400 receipt (do not include your own address)?
