Most expedite requests are denied.  
 

It will take at least two years from filing to visa in hand.  Spousal visas are taking around the same amount of time.   The reality of US immigration in 2023.

Lots of people expedite, not many of them meet the requirements, seems it may add a week or two onto the process but there is no way of knowing.

What reason did you provide to be expedited? There are very few reasons (for example, the US citizen is on active military duty)

 

Also USCIS is processing 5000-5500 cases per month now. If you file now you should be getting response from USCIS by February-March 2024, and your visa during summer (although this depends on your local embassy)
