Had my medical today but didn't do a urine test - was this an error or have others not needed to?

Hi folks,

Had my medical and reading everything back I realised I didn't take a urine test and forgot to ask about it when I was paying.

Was this an error on our part or is this only required for specific individuals?

I'm over 30 and married if that makes a difference. Worried that this might make my medical incomplete when I turn up for my interview.

Thanks

I'm just gathering all our paperwork for ours which is next week, the confirmation email does say urine sample is only for those age 18-24, just to confirm what @LaJumpa said. My 18 year old daughter was most disgruntled when told that! 😂

Only applicants between 18-24 need to provide a urine sample. You’re all good!

I have mine tomorrow, how was your experience?

Apologies for the delay.

Mine went fine especially after the anxiety for the last few months in anticipation.

Arrived a few mins early, checked into reception + filled out some forms and gave them my documentation.

Then it was just a waiting process from there - first the vaccination check with nurses, then xray, then the main medical with the doctor. Very nice chap.

Was in there nearly 2 hours and was probably about 5-7 people waiting along with me.

Good luck!
