Hi everyone,

Many apologies if this has already been addressed, but I couldn't find it. I just completed my N400 + I751 combo interview on May 12th and the officer told me after my N400 that he noticed I had an I751 pending and said he doesn't have the file but could do the interview. My husband was waiting outside and I asked him if he wanted me to call him in and he said that wasn't necessary. So he completed my interview (what I'm doing, where we met, if we have kids etc) and then said that he has to put in a request for the I751 file to be sent to his office but I passed my N400 and I wouldn't get a green card. This is all fine, and the next day I got a notice from USCIS saying that they received a request to move my file but I haven't heard anything yet. Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, do you know when you found out that your oath ceremony was scheduled? Thank you!

I went for N400 interview June 13 in Fort Myers FL and was approved except I-751 file was still sitting in Potomac.  Interviewing officer said he had already requested file and I could expect a letter within a few days scheduling the oath ceremony.  (It would have been same day if he had the I-751).   I kept checking online status and could see the file was sent and oath ceremony was to be scheduled. Received a phone call exactly one week later on June 20 advising that oath ceremony was today, June 26.  Also received letter in the mail confirming ceremony date and time.   Everything went very smoothly this morning and I received my naturalization certificate.
