Thrilling Saturday report, see man:

Infernal rain awoke us early again today, time to build an Ark man.

Poor fence guys had to sit in their truck all morning, waste of their time man.

Even after they got out and tried working, rain filled any hole they dug, sigh man.

Job won't be done till Monday now, probably, OK with us man.

We didn't have a prayer of GS-ing today, rain plus completely hosed back ow ow ow man.

We should not have tried taking Mama T-B.'s groceries up stairs, use elevator instead man.  :bonk:

Lunch (at 2 p.m.) was a ham + cheese sandwich, indict the ham and ingest we man.

We had the move-desking and other casa-hold items needing doing, call Ecu handyman we man.

We managed to move things around in, and vacuum, guest room, see below man.

Ecu came at half-of-half till Many (2+1) p.m., always early he man.

He moved Mini-B.'s old desk upstairs into guest room with ease, si man.

He de-T-B.-mobiled Mini-B.'s new desk and put it where the old one had been, si man.

We had him do a few small things involving tools and bending/climbing, incapable of latter we man.

All were done in half an hour, wonderful man.

We were expecting the usual charge of $Many, cheap man.

Instead, he charged us $Many, inflation man.

Regardless, it was pleasing to see him again and to get the stuff done, conclude we man.

Miu was highly observant of the entire process, welcome relief from miu-boredom man.

We didn't leave the casa until half-past Many (2+2+2+1) p.m., no man.

Went to Aldi, grocery we man.

Had to rush consequent to their insufferable "We close in Many minutes," :ranting: man.

We forgot to look for the most crucial item, nukeable rice man.  :girlwerewolf2xn:

We were delayed from leaving the casa because a stray miu wanted to come into our garage, poor miu man.

We couldn't feed it or love on it because of Aldi's insanely early closing hours, sigh man.

Whoever abandons or lets mius roam freely like that should be disciplined or worse, :ranting: we man.

We will probably concoct more Tuna Glop (genuine or Modified) for din-din, si man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. & Mini-B. called us to caucus about his allegedly impending haircut, :bonk: man.

We have hope that it will actually get done on Sunday, fingers crossed man.

Today was birthday of ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s #2 sister, miss party because not in Ecu we man.  :(

If we can move on Sunday, we shall do laundry, probably just one load man.

We must adjust bedsheet-warshing schedule because of coming shift in Mini-B.'s weekly custody, must calculate we man.

No party with the rubias tonight, HSM instead at bedtime man.

And that was/is our thrilling Saturday, report we man.

It depends on what the wet glop was and whether your mius would eat it, si D ma'am.

It also depends on what the definition of Many is, si D ma'am.

You may have gotten a fabulous deal   or gotten off-ripped :bonk:  , glorious flexibility of P-Math ma'am.

But we are generally always proud of you, si D ma'am.  :)

Correction: Whirlpool is not related to Frigidaire/Electrolux in any way.

Separate companies, however Whirlpool does make Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, and many of the Kenmore products among others.

Thrilling Sunday report, see man:

Took HHHHHHHHSM at bedtime, back tolerable in morning man.

Awakened again by morning rain, enough already man.  :ranting:

Breakfast was a banana, better eat them before they die man.

Spent large part of midday dealing with family issue, :girlwerewolf2xn: man.

It was half-past 1 p.m. and we still hadn't showered, that kind of day man.

Fence guys not working on Sunday, still too wet to do much man.

We went out to inspect the lawn, in desperate need of mowing man.

Parts were dry to the touch, and parts were sopping-wet, schizoid man.

We decided to take a chance, has paid off in the past man.

Stupid mower bogged down in several lawn-lagoons, :ranting: man.

Many tyre-tracks left in lawn, expected and OK man.

We had to stop and rest Many (2+1) -- si man, Many (2+1) -- times, almost unprecedented man.

We have never been this exhausted during or thereafter, at least in recent memory man.

Good thing for that breakfast banana or we'd have collapsed, certain we man.

Made it back inside in one piece, not a guaranteed thing man.

Plopped down under ceiling fan to off-cool and turned on TV, kill cooldown time man.

The Ozempics were on, uninterested but nothing decent on man.

They showed Chicas' Beach Volleyball, siiiiiiii man.

However, the 2 rubias were not good-looking at all, no man.

Furthermore, the Czech chicas (Czicas?) weren't even in bikinis, what's the purpose then man.

They deserved to lose, which they did man.

The broadcast then switched to Chicas' Kickball, oh whoopee man.

At least it wasn't a thrilling 0-0 tie, what's the purpose of Kickball if you end with those man.

We were finally off-cooled enough to shower, not a moment too soon man.

Din-din was Modified Tuna Glop, ingest and diet we man.

Took a blessedly uninterrupted hour-plus-long siesta, zzz we man.

Warshered and now baking week's laundry load, domestic we man.

Must dish the warsher, domestic we man.

No party with the rubias tonight, too exhausted we man.

Fridge repairman supposed to come midday Monday, Many-hour window therefor man.

We then envision out-cleaning several tubs of old clothes from guest room, there for years man.

(We should de-paper our desk, all slides off especially when miu jumps on it man.)

Of course, Mama T-B. will probably have some assignment to hose our plans, :bonk:  man.

We will burn that bridge when we cross that Rubiacon, time will tell man.

And that was/is our thrilling Sunday, report we man.

The side yard and front yard have been mowed. I really wish the city would allow mini cows or a few goats :)

I'm cooling off now and will get started on the backyard. That will probably be a two day job. I'm hoping this heatwave will kill the grass and I don't have to worry about it getting long while I'm gone. The kids are counting down the days until we leave for Canada. This time we decided to travel through Wisconsin instead of Michigan. I'm trying to plan our route so we can have some decent stops.

Well it's been quite a week...

My uncle died, which is quite complicated because we're not really sure who is the executor of the estate and he had some of my parents documents involving family plots. My dad has been quite devastated and apprehensive about going to the funeral, as he's not well himself. He didn't have a thing to wear, so this weekend I went shopping to make sure he was dressed okay and got a haircut. In the process of that though, my sister mentions that a coworker had been sick in office and had refused to test themselves or wear a mask. My sister does mask, but she is high risk, and has long covid side effects from previous infection. Unfortunately the office also do not let her use a desktop HEPA unit either (guess what now everyone in the office and their families are also testing +!). Yesterday my mom mentioned that my sister felt 'weird', and when I found her she had the classic signs of what I call "covid brain".. I don't know what it is but people just act so odd, fuzzy, unfocused, in a daze? I found my stash of tests and she had a strong + in minutes. Oh my gosh... she had been in close contact with everyone here. I spent the rest of the day disinfecting everything, and we have HEPAs and our old corsi-rosenthal running on all levels. I cannot afford to have anyone else here that is so vulnerable sick. She won't be able to attend the funeral now.

The doctor sent an RX over to the pharmacy, but guess what? Pharmacy doesn't have any stock. No pharmacy in town has stock, so after a massive back and forth, we found a pharmacy the next town over to fill Paxlovid and I hope it helps as her fever is quite high and this time around it's causing tachycardia. So far, fwiw, we are all testing negative and I hope it stays that way.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I hope your father is able to go to the funeral and everyone else can avoid covid. Prayers to your family and plenty of positive and prayers to your sister too.

Thrilling Monday report, see man:

We actually had a productive day, imagine that man.

Fridge repairman came, si man.

He replaced ice-maker, cleaned coils, and tightened door handles, si man.

Miu observed the process with much interest, otherwise-bored miu man.

Ice-maker doesn't do crushed, but does cubes, Mini-B. to be pleased man.

Parts + labor = $Many00, :girlwerewolf2xn: but had to be done eventually oh well man.

Lunch was onebag of nuked mixed vegetables, ingest and diet we man.

A siesta was attempted thereafter, interrupted man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. called to say that Mini-B. wanted only his bangs cut, :ranting: we man.

She & we ganged up on Mini-B. to convince him to get a real cut, si man.

Mini-B. apparently finally consented, fotos pending man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. describes it as "better not short but better," let's hope man.

Garbage day Tuesday, collection man.

We had ordered new indoor & outdoor floor mats for front entrance, arrived today man.

We replaced both, heavier than we expected man.

Miu investigated new indoor mat with great interest, Gracias for New Scratch-Pad Daddy man.

We then decided to tackle the guest room, too many boxes/bins/containers of stuff man.

(Miu was highly interested and involved in this process, otherwise-bored miu man.)

Bookshelf was crammed with papers, obsolete from what we could see man.

We took a box of cosmetics, important papers, and disposable razors to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa, donate we man.

We ran a couple of store errands, errand we man.

Din-din was Tuna Glop, ingest and diet we man.

We out-threw a giant bag of papers/magazines/old notebooks, recycle we man.

We out-threw 2 giant bags of misc. junk and unpaired chica-shoes, trash we man.

We found a bin of Mini-B.'s old clothes, will warsh and take to children's resale place we man.

We found Many (2+2+2) full pairs of ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s shoes, donate to thrift shop we man.

Now we must move salvaged shampoo/mouthwarsh bottles to our bathroom, si man.

Then we must move salvaged office supplies to our office, si man.

Then we must move an end-table into our bedroom, no room left in guest room man.

Then we must out-figure what to do with Many (2+1) suitcases, where to store them man.

Then we must vacuum, not a big job man.

Then guest room is fit for guests, as though we'll ever have any man.

We needed a shower after all that, and our back hurts, Clean for Gene and ow man.

However, we are not bored or moping, productive activity finally man.

The mosquitoes are out already, Texas mosquitoes Many man.

However, it did not rain all day, no and amazing man.

All the Lawn Mexicans were out hurriedly doing the neighbors' lawns, catch up man.

We had done ours yesterday, ha ha man.

No fence work done today, waiting for further drying man.

Party with the rubias tonight, cavort we man.

Thrilling Tuesday-on-Wednesday report, see man:

Breakfast/lunch was one dying sliced banana drenched in pancake syrup, ingest we man.

The other dying banana was rotten down its center, just like another one in this bunch man.  :ranting:

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. called to say that she & Mini-B. had reached their penultimate destination, si man.

Every member of her family wished that we'd been there, endorsed we man.

A siesta was then taken, zzz we man.

Warshered/baked/folded stuff from guest-room cleanout, not much man.

Will try to sell Mini-B.'s better stuff to children's resale place on Wednesday, attempt we man.

Will donate ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s stuff (and Many00 shoes) to favorite thrift shop, donate we man.

Din-din was Re-Modified Tuna Glop, potato soup substituted for 'shroom soup man.

We off-cleaned an end-table downstairs, mostly stuff to recycle man.

We took about half the remaining misplaced items from guest room to proper places, organize we man.

After Many (2x2x2 +1) p.m., Mama T-B. called, too tired to yell much at us man.

She informed us that Subway and Arby's coupons had come in her mail, newspaper supplement man.

We immediately went to her complex to root through the garbage, all right on top man.

We now have enough coupons to last into mid-Manytember, finally man.

However, we are supposed to be dieting, delayed gratification man.

We used the excursion to also grocery for bananas and baby carrots, good snack man.

We were doing well weight-wise, diet we man.

We might have blown it tonight, :bonk: man.

We consumed a small chocolate bar and Many handfuls of dry Froot Loops, blow all accomplishment we man.  :bonk:

We then consumed almost half a bag of baby carrots, at least low-calorie man.

We do not want to see the scale tonight, dirty filthy rotten lyin' contraption man.

We self-swear (at least tonight) to ingest only the baby carrots as computer snacks from now on, self-promise we man.

No party with the rubias tonight, gorged whale we man.

Couple of errands on Wednesday, industrious we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Tuesday, report we man.
