Thrilling Tuesday report, see man:

We were actually somewhat productive today, recent rarity man.

We out-printed several medical records to bring to our new doc on Wednesday, first caucus man.

We set 2 appointments for Uncle T-B., senior he man.

We set ourself a clean-teething caucus in Mexico for next month, Clean for Gene man.

We learned that our long-time and taken-but-beautiful hygienist has left there, :( man.

Lunch was 2 turkey-&-cheese sandwiches, ingest we man.

Went to Costco Business Center to return 2 boxes of Hershey bars, sigh man.

They rapidly refunded the NIP box and slightly used box, sympathetic to our reasoning they man.

We looked at snack section closely and got 2 new items, see man:

-- Chomps zero-sugar beef sticks, ingest one already and not bad man

-- Kirkland Steak Strips, low-fat low-carb low-sugar high sodium man

With miu asleep upstairs, din-din was 2 tins of Costco sardines, ingest we man.

We asked ChatGPT for indulgent low-carb low-sugar optimally low-cal low-fat snacks, ask AI we man.

Among the usable suggestions are the following, see man:

  -- dark chocolate (<[2x2x2x2x2x2 + 2+2+2]% cocoa, possibility man

-- low-carb chocolate protein bars, must research we man

-- cottage cheese, at least it's not revolting man

-- sliced turkey or chicken breast roll-ups, already ingesting the former we man

-- low-sugar beef jerky, already purchased by we man man

We asked which fruits/vegetables to avoid, wish we hadn't man:

-- high-sugar  = bananas, grapes, mangoes, first 2 favorites here man

-- high-starch = potatoes, corn, peas, there goes our entire veggie repertoire man

This is discouraging, si and sigh man.

We will caucus with doc for alternatives, sigh man.

We project either wasting away to nothing or relying on meds to stay alive, rock and hard place man.

We do not relish having to squeal our A1c level to Mama T-B., go Many,000% aysheep senior she man man.

We will have to do this, and soon, senior she man will not be denied when desiring this information, no man.

Mama T-B. just e-mailed to prompt us for this, oh God in heaven man.

Miu has been exceptionally quiescent today, quiescent miu man.

However, the night is young, crepuscular/nocturnal miu man.

Should probably party with the rubias tonight, unenthusiastic we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Tuesday, report we man.

Scintillating Wednesday repartee, yawn man.

-----

Thrilling Wednesday report, see man:

Breakfast/lunch was onecan of wax beans*, ingest we man.

*bought from a supermarket clearance/dent bin, financially savvy we man

Doc an hour late for caucus, but he spends all time necessary with all patients, rare man.

He wanted us to set a separate caucus to discuss our orthopedic issues, did so we man.

Was impressed with our voluntary weight-loss of Many (2x2x2x2 +2+1) pounds, asked us why man.

We said, "Appearance; our knees couldn't take it; and the rubias requested it, si man," accepted answers man.

Not concerned about most of our labs, that part's good man.

Isn't ready to give us the "D" designation yet, give us Many (2+1) months for readings to out-straighten man.

Authorized repeat of glucose/A1c readings at our request, not hopeful of much difference just yet he man.

Gave us pamphlet on diabetic plan-mealing, must read we man.

(We project that our new diet will be centered around low-cal imitation cheese, ingest we and oh well man.)

We also project that we will continue losing weight whether we want to or not, can't ingest much variety we man.

After doc caucus, we called Mama T-B., expecting major aysheep reaction from senior she man we man.

Mama T-B. said, "My A1c was elevated, too, si man," surprise man.

We decided to fulfill Mama T-B.'s minimal grocery needs, Many (2+1) places to visit man.

We decided to visit 2 of the Many (2+1), Aldi then Dollar-plus-Half-of-Half-a Buck Tree and skip Walmart man.

Went to Aldi, out of waffles again man.  :ranting:

Went to Walmart instead of Dollar-plus-Half-of-Half-a Buck Tree, OK man.

Found most Dollar-plus-Half-of-Half-a Buck Tree items at Aldi and Walmart anyway, fine man.

Delivered stuff to Mama T-B., exhausted senior she man man.

Mama T-B. didn't even grouse about prices much, surprised we man.

Returned to casa just before Many (2+2) p.m., exhausted starving we man.

Miu immediately lobbied us for miu-lunch, Feed Me Now Daddy man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. called in a panic, panicked ex-she man man.

"I'm in traffic and can't pick up Mini-B. from skool, no man!" said ex-she man man.

"Can you get him, huh man?" said ex-she man man.

We agreed, T-B.-mobile engine still warm man.

Mini-B. took longest time possible separating self from his amigos, sit forever we man for wee man man.

Wanted to know if we were taking him to basketball, didn't want it because wrist hurt man.

Then asked if he could come to our casa so he could play V.R., irresistible draw for wee man man.

We deflected and said that Two Guys eve was Thursday, acceptable to wee man man.

It took half an hour through traffic & road-destruction to return Mini-B. to ex-Mrs.-T-B., :girlwerewolf2xn: man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. had just arrived, good timing man.

Everybody happy, happy split family man.

We went from there to grocery for Uncle T-B., just Many (2+2) desired items man.

We will deliver these on Thursday, doc caucus for senior he man man.

Returned to casa and ravenously consumed din-din of Tuna Glop, ingest we man.

Watched TV news and then siesta'd for more than the planned hour, over-zzz we man.

Thursday plans are Uncle T-B.'s doc caucus, q.v. above man.

We then have a financial phone-caucus, Successful Business Typhoon we man.

Today is my birthday so my wife blocked off today thru Monday at the office.  We headed down here to the Keys after work last night.  It's just the two of us and the little dog.  That poor old dog doesn't travel well anymore.  She used to be the best traveler but now at her elderly age she gets worked up and nervous and whines the whole time.  Even the small dose of Valium didn't help.  Going home we are going to up the dose.

Why is it now that every time I am here the wind is blowing like crazy?  Should have bought a sailboat.

My son called me early this am to wish me a happy birthday (can't believe he finally remembered) and talk a bit about politics.  As a full time Army National Guard he is thrilled with the choice of Pete Hegseth for Sec. of Defense.  Shortly after that mama Neon called to let me know she is having problems, again with her i-phone ...7!  It's not holding a charge well.  Probably time to upgrade her to an i-phone 8.  LOL

Too windy to go out on the water so stayed around the house.  Did one small repair project on the boat, made some food and brownies, watched some TV and internet, and took this strange thing they call a nap.

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving is not for you.

Someone stole my dictionary. Now I am at a loss for words.

If Apple made a car, would it have windows?

Ban shredded cheese. Make America Grate Again .

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.  Deport him and you never have to feed him again.

I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.

I went bald but I kept my comb.  I just couldn't part with it.

My name is not Richard Edward but my friends still call me DickEd

If your pet has a bladder infection, urine trouble.

"Watch out where the huskies go, and don't you eat that yellow snow."

I fired myself from cleaning the house. I didn't like my attitude and I got caught drinking on the job.

My kid has A.D.D... and a couple of F's

Carrots improve your vision.  Alcohol doubles it.

A dung beetle walks into a bar and asks " Is this stool taken?"

Breaking news.  They're not making yardsticks any longer.

Hemorrhoids?  Shouldn't they be called Assteroids?

Thrilling Thursday-on-Friday report, see man:

Didn't set casa heat high enough and awoke before alarm rang infernally early anyway, lose-lose we man.

Got Uncle T-B. to/from eye appointment in good time, visual senior he man.

We refilled his pill-caddy, repill we man.

We had time to look at his electric scooter to replace batteries, long-standing issue man.

We could not fizzicly remove the screws from the battery assembly, frustrated we man.

However, we had spied some Mexican-or-similar painters at their truck outside, observant we man.

We approached one, approach he man we man si man man.

We asked in Spanish if he spoke English, negatory man.

We replied "Nor do we, man" in Spanish, certain laugh-line courtesy of then-Mrs.-T-B. man.

We tried to explain in Spanish what Uncle T-B. needed, hopefully bilingual we man.

Guy came inside and proficiently changed the batteries, adept he man.

Uncle T-B. found $Many ($2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2) to give him, uncharacteristic of senior he man man.

We gave the $Many to the guy and he seemed rather surprised, guess he viewed it as a favor man.

He said, "Thank you, si man" in English, bilingual-after-all he man man.

We, he, and Uncle T-B. were very well pleased, big load off shoulders man.

Uncle T-B. now has a dependable scooter, relief man.

Upon exit, we warshed the filthy T-B.-mobile, Clean for Gene we man.

At the casa, financial phone-caucus went swimmingly, $ucce$$ful Bu$ine$$ Typhoon we man.

Lunch was onebag of nuked mixed vegetables and onecan of sardines, ingest we man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. called us right before our siesta, call ex-she man we man man.

We related the scooter story, relate we man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. was amazed at how understandable our chosen Spanish was, amazed ex-she man man.

"Where did you learn to say that, huh man?" asked ex-she man of we man man.

"From you despite your ability to describe Spanish grammar, si man," said we man to ex-she man man.

"I know that I can't describe why we say what we say, si and no man," said ex-she man to we man man.

"We know that, too, and that's why we divorced you, si man," said we man to ex-she man man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. laughed and said that her doctor agreed that she was getting fat, si man.

"We know that, too, and that's also why we divorced you, si and si man," said we man to ex-she man man.

We told ex-Mrs.-T-B. that, as of today, we had lost Many (2x2x2x2 +2+2) -- si man, Many (2x2x2x2 +2+2) -- pounds, shadow-of-our-former-self we man man.

A nice siesta was taken, zzz we man.

We then retrieved Mini-B. from skool, Two Guys eve man.

Din-din was from BK*, ingest Two Guys man.

*bought WUOC, financially savvy we man

We intentionally ordered Coke Zero, watch blood sugar we man.

We then invited Mini-B. to help unbox and set up our Roomba, excited wee man man.

Mini-B. was rather adept at this, technologically savvy we man man.

The Roomba performed acceptably or quite well in cleaning the tiled downstairs, conclude Two Guys man.

It collected a staggering amount of debris, mostly miu-hair man.

Miu herself viewed the Roomba with high suspicion and ran when it approached her, skittish miu man.

When Roomba was in its base, miu hesitantly approached and gingerly paw-tapped it, hesitant miu man.

Miu then began voicing her opinion of this outrageous invader, miu miu miu miu MIU man.

Movie night was the missed Georgie/Mandy episode on Paramount+ immediately followed by the live episode on CBS, amazing timing man.

Two bowls of Costco popcorn were consumed, ingest Two Guys man.

We must sadly now watch our carbohydrate intake, :ranting: we but necessary man.

After off-dropping Mini-B. from Two Guys eve, we ran a proximal errand, convenient man.

This was not a bad day, no man.

We have itineraried Many (2x2x2) ESs and a GS for Friday, none close to proximal man.

And this was/is our thrilling Thursday, report we man.

Too windy to go out on the water so stayed around the house.  Did one small repair project on the boat, made some food and brownies, watched some TV and internet, and took this strange thing they call a nap.

Happy Belated birthday!

I love my robot vacuum, it does so much better then I ever expected.

I had a terrible doctor visit this month... I'm pre-diabetic, and obviously with PCOS keeping that in check is important. Keto initially seemed like a good solution for a diet and I tried that for a time happily, then they told me that keto was causing more harm because it's too much fat and cholesterol. This last time the doctor left me with no suggestion other than just stop eating half the healthy things I already eat and eat things I don't want to eat that have artificial sweeteners. I told them I already don't eat red meat, milk, rarely drink alcohol, and my dairy is limited to no fat yogurt and occasional low fat cheese, what am I supposed to do? They threatened statins... and I'm not in the mood for that. This time I'm trying Mediterranean diet, no idea if that will be successful. Them saying reducing stress is hilarious. Crossing fingers my mammogram was okay. I tried to convince my mom to get it done with me and she chickened out. The husband was like "i'll go with you babe!"... and I looked at him funny, but thought why not? So I took my husband along out of his curiosity. He was kind of horrified and kept asking if it was hurting, but I was amused. Don't think he'll go again. 😄

Thrilling Friday non-GS/ES report, see man:

Breakfast/lunch was a turkey-&-cheese sandwich, ingest we man.

We didn't leave the casa till an hour before noon, sigh man.

We should have taken a headache pill before leaving, uncomfortable all day we man.

The nearest ES was half + half-of-half an hour distant, :ranting: man.

We saw an excellent mattress that would have suited Uncle T-B., drastically in need thereof senior he man.

However, arranging transport would have been impossible, no wherewithal man.

ES Rant #1, see man:

If ES casas have more than one room's worth of Xmas stuff, that's too much, :ranting: we man.

ES Rant #2, see man:

Fat people and elderly on walkers should be banned from ESs, conclude and :ranting: we man.

ES Rant #Many, see man:

People who stand with arms akimbo should be shot for blocking our path, :ranting: we man.

In place of the last itineraried and timed-out ES, we found our favorite remote thrift shop, nearby man.

We wistfully passed by the children's section where we'd bought so much for Mini-B., grown wee man man.

We got Mini-B. a jacket, Many (2+1) T-shirts, and Many (2+1) sock pairs, purchase we man.

The total with tax was just under $Many ($2x2x2 +2+2), financially savvy we man.

We were tired and quite hungry, Many (2+2+1) hours out man.

One of our Top-Many favorite Chinese buffets was proximal, spy same we man.

It was already quite busy just before Many (2+2) p.m., popular place man.

Din-din was Many (2+1) plates heaped with beef & chicken, ingest we man.

We got caught in Friday get-off-work traffic ALL the way back to the casa, :ranting:  :ranting:  :ranting: we man.

We could have done a couple of errands, but it was already dark, hate Standard Time we man.  :ranting:

Miu nearly bowled us over upon our return, Where's Din-Din Daddy man.

We serviced outraged miu and watched TV news, si man.

We then went straight for a siesta, zzz we man.

We could have used a far longer one, further zzz needed by we man man.

We had envisioned Many (2+1) Saturday ESs toward and in FST, envision we man.

However, we cannot risk the urge to buy a pie at FST restaurant, not any longer man.

Accordingly, we have itineraried one local-ish ES for Saturday, out-wimp we man.

We have several errands and administrative things to do, anyway, reason we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Friday, report we man.

Thrilling Saturday report, see man:

We got going late and did not attend the ES, si and no man.

We might try it on Sunday, unsure we man.

Breakfast was a turkey-&-cheese sandwich, ingest we man.

We decided to mow full lawn, cloudy and not too hot man.

Many sweatbands were consumed, 2 job 1 recovery man.

We decided to visit excellent Urgent Care doc to catch up, nearly a year since last caucus man.

Clinic surprisingly quiet for a Saturday, interesting man.

Doc pleased to see us, pleased Dr. She man.

Knew our new doc whom we'd just seen on Wednesday, familiar Dr. She with Dr. He man man.

Confirmed what he'd told us and answered our additional questions, informative Dr. She man.

Said that exercise is crucial in dealing with prediabetes, :girlwerewolf2xn: :crying:  :ranting: we man.

If we're healthy enough to exercise, we're healthy enough NOT to, reason we man.

Visit was good and we shall keep her apprised, si man.

Dr. She man asked if we were socializing at all, ask she man and of course not man.

Dr. She man will review her "archives" to see who might be available for us, generous offer man.

Went to Walgreens to retrieve an Rx, retrieve we man.

Saw 2 boxes of low-glycemic crunchy peanut butter bars on closeout, bought both man.

End price was $2 per box = $Many ($2+2), financially savvy we man.

Went to shop for Two Guys week, had to man.

We were dismayed at fat/carb/sugar/sodium contents of ALL usual foods, sigh we man.

If we are to be good, we won't be able to eat anything, no and sigh we man.

We did buy several bags of no-sugar chocolates, high-priced man.

Returned to casa and serviced demanding miu, Why Is My Miu-Lunch Late Huh Daddy miu man.

Din-din was Tuna Glop, distressing ingredients upon reading man.

If we are to be good, we won't be able to eat anything, no and sigh and repeat we man.

A highly necessary siesta was taken and overslept, over-zzz we man.

Good news is that across-street neighbor will finally have tree work done this week, procrastinate he man.

Gotta get those infernal oaks pared down before their ##### leaves fall, it's Fall now man.

We annually have OPIOID syndrome, Other People's Infernal Oak leaves In our Driveway man.  :ranting:

We probably should have gone to that ES today, mope we man.

Apart from the 2 ESs that we probably won't go to, no Sunday plans man.

And that was/is our thrilling Saturday, report we man.

I'm so sorry about the useless doctor. Go check out DR Ken Berry, if you're worried about fat and cholesterol check out Dr Ovidia he's a cardiac surgeon and he has now changed how he treats his patients. Fat is not bad, we've been lied too, it's the carbs and sugar. They want us on statins, and guess what the stains will make your AC1 go up to be diabetic not just prediabetic anymore.

Not sure if your PCOS keeping in check is because of babies in the future but check out DR. Robert Kiltz founder and director of one of the top ranked fertility clinics. If not trying to get pregnant it's still good to get good information about PCOS.
