Saturday GS/ES report, see man:

23 hours ago, TBoneTX said:

We have itineraried/re-itineraried Many (2+2+1) ESs and Many (2+1) GSs for Saturday, si man.

We indeed attended all, truthful trustworthy we man.

One GS was phantom, part of a cluster so not as big a deal as usual but still :ranting: we man.

One GS and Many (2+2) of the ESs yielded the take, see man:

 -- half-bottle lemon shampoo, new Many-ring binder = $2, deal man

-- nearly full pump-bottle Nexus dandruff shampoo, NIP disposable Bic razors,

Thrilling Saturday non-GS/ES report, see man:

Called Uncle T-B., who sounded semi-alert and claimed to have taken his a.m. pills, si man.

Breakfast was a banana, ingest and good thing we did we man.

Embarked on GS/ES-ing, different route than usual for purpose below man.

At midpoint, brought Mini-B.'s stuff to children's resale place, large and mobbed on Saturday man.

Had to wait nearly an hour for them to review our stuff, time to reminisce about kids growing up man.

They took more than half and gave us $Many ($2x2x2x2), $ucce$$ful Bu$ine$$ Typhoon we man.

That location certainly is a different operation than our usual place, franchises man.

We envision one more visit, and then all of Mini-B.'s kid clothes will be gone, not-so-wee-man wee man man. :(

Returned to casa and demanding miu at Many (2+1) p.m., return we man.

Serviced demanding miu, Treat And Lunch Me NOW Daddy man.

Had under half an hour to bag donation stuff and get it there, today's rejects + guest-room finds man.

Hastened to do so, race we man.

Sped like an illegitimate male child to favorite small thrift shop, always donate there we man.

Made it by 2 minutes, relieved we man.

Store was open half an hour longer than donation bay, visit we man.

It had been $1 Clothing Day for back-to-skool, nothing good left for Mini-B. man.  :bonk:

Retrieved our Rx from pharmacy directly on way back to casa, highly convenient man.

Returned to casa and sociable miu, highly interactive miu man.

Lunch/din-din (at Many [2+2] p.m.) was Tuna Glop, ravenously ingest and diet we man.

We should then have showered and siesta'd, normal procession of events man.

Did not want to waste a shower, so mowed front lawn, mow we man.

Showered, recovered, then called Uncle T-B. to ensure taking of evening pills, si man.

Uncle T-B. sounded alert but needing encouragement, give same we man to senior he man man.

Mama T-B. then called, half-hour phone caucus man.

We still have an item or two to take to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa, part of guest-room cleaning man.

We :bonk: texted ex-she man :bonk:  to see if we could throw some groceries in her casa, too, :bonk:  man.

Finally decided on minimal siesta at Many (2x2x2) p.m., exhausted we man.

Miu was already dozing on our bed, different from usual miu-zzz place man.

We were able to get in without miu off-jumping, only Many'rd time in Many (2+2+1) years man.

We charged cell phone at bedside, in desperate need thereof man.

After coughing from mow-lawning, we nearly off-dozed, needed zzz we man.

Multiple text dings came in, hallmark of ex-Mrs.-T-B. man.

We ignored these and tried to resume dozing, si man.

Miu then began flicking us with her tail, occupational hazard of share-bedding with mius man.

Infernal alarm soon rang, failed zzz for we man man.  :girlwerewolf2xn:

We read texts from ex-she man man.

Just Many (2x2x2) items, :ranting: :girlwerewolf2xn:  :bonk:  :bonk:  :bonk:  man.

==> Were Mini-B. not staying with ex-she man this week, we'd have said, "Call the Rojo, si man," si man.

We strongly desire chocolate but are snacking on baby carrots, What's Up Doc man.

We are within reasonable view of our weight goal, achievable if we are Many00% assiduous man.

We want to surprise Mini-B. and especially ex-Mrs.-T-B., si and ha ha man.

We could itinerary a few quasi-nearby Sunday ESs but had better clean the casa, conclude we man.

Saturday's GS/ES-ing was nicely satisfactory, conclude we man.

No party with the rubias tonight, overdone we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Saturday, report we man.

Thrilling Sunday-on-Monday report, see man:

Groceried for ex-Mrs.-T-B.  :bonk:  at Mexican supermarket, always enjoy that place man.

Guy at butcher counter actually spoke English, first time ever man.

Found all but one minor item there, :ranting: we man but ultimately no problem see below man.

Took stuff to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa, refrigerated items man.

The Rojo and daughters and small dog named Lucy were there, surprise man.

The Rojo was hosing out ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s leaf-clogged gutters, always a problem there man.

He and we had a pleasant conversation about his trip to Ecu and other stuff, converse man.

Right then, ex-Mrs.-T-B. video-called in from Ecu hotel pool, crowded conversation man.

We told her that we and the Rojo were in a jealous battle to the death over her, ha ha man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. is probably the only chica who had both an ex- and future husband helping simultaneously in her absence, call the newspapers man.

Breakfast/lunch (at 2 p.m.) was 2 dying bananas, sliced and drenched in pancake syrup, ingest we man.

We can't stand those stupid fruit flies (?) now infesting our casa, how to get rid of them man.

Neighbor came to help us replace door peepholes, drilling required man.

New ones are far clearer and slightly larger than old ones, definite improvement man.

Major sawdust mess now needs up-cleaning, casa a disaster man.

Took >half-hour call from Mama T-B., who was fuming about Uncle T-B., :ranting: senior she and :girlwerewolf2xn: we man.

Finally took a shower for the day, nearly din-din time man.

Din-din was Modified Tuna Glop, ingest and diet we man.

Began laundry, 2 loads today man.

Miu highly needy and interactive, Treat Me Lunch Me Brush Me Play With Me Daddy man.

Realized that we had 2 expiring supermarket coupons, better act today we man.

This gave us the excuse to also get ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s missing item, opportunity knocks man.

We also found Many canned goods in the clearance bins, financially savvy we man.

Delivered stuff to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa, our part* done man.

*Next time, we (1) won't volunteer and (2) will say, "Call the Rojo," si and :bonk: man.

Mama T-B. is right that sometimes we act like ex-she man is still married to us, :bonk: man.

Subdued laundry and dished the warsher, domestic we man.

We did not get to the further casa-cleaning that we'd envisioned, doggone it man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. and Mini-B. are, at this writing, taking off from Quito, one minute early man.

Projected arrival is at o'dark-Many, ungodly hour for the Rojo man.

We remember retrieving them after Mini-B.'s first Ecu visit, Many (2+1)-year-old wee man man.

He was sleepy but smiled when he saw us and ran to us, excited wee man man.

We lifted him up in the air and said, "Wheeeee!" joyous Two Guys man.

We miss those days, si and sigh man.

Mini-B.'s skool schedule looks logical, no schizoid classroom patterns to run to/from man.

Most of his teechurs are exceptionally experienced, seniority man.

One even has a doctorate, holy mackerel man.

First day of skool is Thursday, can never out-figure why they start then man.

On Monday, must immediately call Uncle T-B.'s various doctors, remedy hosed situation man.

Outcomes therefrom will determine the rest of our day/week, :girlwerewolf2xn: man.

At least Uncle T-B. has apparently been taking his pills, great BP readings man.

And that was/is our thrilling Sunday, report we man.

Would it make any difference if Uncle T-B received his meds in pill packs to begin with?  I know Amazon Pharmacy does this.  It caused some ruckus with CVS and Walgreens at the time.  Not sure if they came up with an equivalent or not.

In theory, si mam ma'am, but he takes non-Rx stuff, too, and his Rx meds sometimes change, si and sigh man.

And packs might confuse him even more, sigh man.

Furthermore, his Walgreens is so incompetent that they can't find either butt-cheek with both hands plus outside help, si and :ranting: man.

Mama T-B. has a lead on a girl who comes in to do pills for someone else, viable possibility man.

We shall discuss this at Uncle T-B.'s doc's office on Tuesday, si man.

Thrilling Monday report, see man:

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. and Mini-B. returned on time and uneventfully from Ecu, return wee and ex-she man man.

The Rojo retrieved them at o'dark-Many, one good use for Rojos man.

We did not leave the casa today, no man.

Spent morning making calls on behalf of Uncle T-B. and some on our self-behalf, call we man.

Lunch was onebag of nuked mixed vegetables, ingest and diet we man.

An attempted siesta failed, sigh and no zzz for we man.

Miu insisted on miu-lunch and promptly barfed it on a doormat and the (tile) floor, up-clean barf we man.

Miu seemed interested in re-eating the barf, "if it was good once, then..." man.

Casa electric program up for renewal, that time man.

After our multiple calls to old company over time, no one from Retention ever called us back, no man.

We found a new co. with similar or better rates, Many-year ([2+1]-year) sign-up by we man.

Let the old co. $pend buck$ to recruit new customers in our stead, bye man.

Din-din was Tuna Glop, ingest and diet we man.

We pretty much off-cleaned our kitchen counter, almost all stuff out of place man.

We half-off-cleaned our kitchen table, too many papers man.

We did organize our fast-food coupons, as though we'll ever use them if we still diet, :girlwerewolf2xn: man.

We are not going to achieve the casa-cleaning that we'd envisioned, no man.

We are going to miss our lose-weighting goal despite self-sacrifice, :ranting: man.

At least we are Many pounds less than we were, oh well man.

We are being driven bananas by fruit flies, probably attracted to our bananas or peels man.

A couple are even upstairs in our office where no banana has been ingested, :girlwerewolf2xn: man.

After Uncle T-B.'s Tuesday doc caucus, we might take him for an early birthday lunch, consider we man.

Of course, he can barely use his walker and has resorted to his electric scooter, might quash plans man.

We are trying to remain circumspect about this blah day, circumspect we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Monday, report we man.

My uncle's funeral was made very complicated by the fact my sister came down with COVID, because their employer seems to think if a coworker has all COVID symptoms but doesn't test themselves so they aren't confirmed positive and doesn't have to report it to their superiors is totally fine to come to work and infect cancer patients.

Thankfully whether from all the precautions I do take or my still very abnormally high antibodies I remain infection free and I managed to keep everyone safe.

We got my dad to the viewing.. which was a long travel time of 2hrs each way. Really difficult, and many of the family members that gathered there seemed in an uncomfortable standoff over the circumstances of my uncle's death. We had all advocated for immediate medical treatment that may have saved his life, but for whatever reason it was declined. That was his/his family's decision we surmise, but it was disturbing for my dad to reckon with and to see the condition he died in. This left him in such a state he told me he could not go to the funeral the next day. So I went to take care of my aunt because I didn't want her to go through everything alone.

On the weekend my husband wanted to de-stress, so a buddy offered to bring bikes and go riding some trails. I told him that he should absolutely not do this if he wasn't wearing a helmet, so I made him go buy one. A few hours later he's calling to tell me he's crashed the bike, is injured, but is making it back home. His friend is sheepish and apologetic - the old bike's brakes weren't working?! A very furious me finds my husband wounded and bleeding from most extremities and complaining of pain in his arms and legs. His phone is cracked, but the helmet? It saved him! We go to urgent care because I can't get all the debris out of the wounds and for stitches and x-rays. The doctor is amused of the story (perhaps there are many annoyed wives that come in with their injured husbands?) especially when he tells her he biked 10 miles back home injured. Nothing was broken either (bad sprain), but he did get a tetanus shot for his troubles.

You'd think that would be everything. No. A tornado warning that evening had us hiding in the basement with no power. Next morning one of our trees had narrowly... by like a foot?? missed the car. Instead of calling someone he's out there with saws removing it, instead of resting. Monday I thought okay, maybe I can finally get him to rest because he's feeling really poorly, but I go back down into the basement to handle a backlog of washing... and staring at me is a lizard.

.....a lizard!! I scream and it dives under the couch. And from there began a game of chasing it around the room, tearing apart the room for several hours and ultimately giving up. I can't find it and I've had to make peace with the fact we now have a lizard running around the house. Does anyone know how to make an effective trap or will it find it's way out?

My husband said yesterday that it's been a long week.

I said... it's only just Monday!

.....a lizard!! I scream and it dives under the couch. And from there began a game of chasing it around the room, tearing apart the room for several hours and ultimately giving up. I can't find it and I've had to make peace with the fact we now have a lizard running around the house. Does anyone know how to make an effective trap or will it find it's way out?

Just tonight my wife yelled to me to come get a lizard out of the bathroom.  We live in Florida and there are those little lizards everywhere.

No big deal.  Got him cornered and with a gentle pinch to the back I picked him up and took him outside.

I've found if you don't take them outside they may live a week or two, then you find them dead and dried up in a corner.

Thrilling Tuesday report, see man:

While preparing for Uncle T-B.'s doc caucus, we got a phone call, interruption man.

It was his "previous" Casa Healthcare outfit that he'd discharged, "Uh, I don't need 'em man" man.

They had re-registered themselves for him through his doc whom we were visiting today, si man!

They wanted to schedule the evaluation by the Registered Nooser, required for service man.

We temporarily put them off pending doc caucus, grateful we man.

This will probably turn out to be a save-timing boon, si and see below man.

Collected Uncle T-B., who could barely make it to the T-B.-mobile, huffing puffing senior he man man.

Saw Nooser Practitioner, who was just as good as the phenomenal doc, impressed we man.

She spent almost a full hour with us, amazing man.

She palpated his abdomen, not done at hospital man.

She ordered a pee sample, not done at hospital man.

She told senior he man to take Dulcolax tonight and tomorrow morn, see if senior he man can poop man.

She confirmed that the Casa Healthcare place was ready for action, confirm she man.

She told Uncle T-B. that fizzicle therapy will be involved, helpful even if basic man.

She will give a Urology referral if senior he man's peeing doesn't return to normal, pee man.

She wants an abdominal CT with contrast if all else fails, figure out what's going on man.

She will keep main doc well within the loop, confirmed and save-timing man.

This was all amazing, si man.

Uncle T-B. was almost completely out of it the whole time, good that we were there man.

Took Uncle T-B. the short way home, exhausted senior he man man.

Stopped at Kroger, on the way man.

Got store-brand Dulcolax and some low-dose aspirin*, no sign of same at Uncle T-B.'s casa man.

*bought WUOC, financially savvy we man on behalf of senior he man man

Got Uncle T-B. inside, It's Hell To Be Old man.

Uncle T-B. collapsed in chair and said that he might be able to provide pee sample, superb man.

He did, pee man.

We restocked his pill-caddy, take stock and restock we man.

Uncle T-B. collapsed on his bed, exhausted senior he man man.

We bade farewell and returned to doc's office with pee sample, si to pee with we man man.

Aide took pee sample and said to wait till Friday to discern any infection, OK man.

Doc was in hallway, greet we man MD man man.

Doc confirmed having approved Casa Healthcare and we exchanged pleasantries, si man.

We left feeling very well pleased with this progress, sense of forward motion man.

Went to Costco, halfway there already man.

Gassed the thirsty T-B.-mobile, such a gas man.

Went in for lunch, big mistake at 1 p.m. man.

Place was mobbed, amazing on a Tuesday midday man.

Lunch was the beef hot dog + (Diet) Pepsi, ingest we man.

Left to warsh the filthy T-B.-mobile, not done since pre-hurricane man.

T-B.-mobiled to casa, exhausted perspirational we man.

Serviced demanding miu, Brush Treat Feed Me Immediately Daddy man.

Phoned Mama T-B., who surprisingly didn't interrupt man.

She too sounded very well pleased with Uncle T-B.'s progress, didn't yell at us at all man.

After some computer work with fan off-cooling us, we siesta'd, zzz we man.

Just Many minutes before alarm, Uncle T-B. called, awaken we man senior he man man.

"I just woke up, si man," said senior he man, sounding much better man.

Uncle T-B. thanked us and asked if we'd pilled his caddy appropriately, confirm we man.

After this, Casa Healthcare head chica called to schedule Nooser's visit, Thursday noon man.

We shall and must be there, intercede with oft-confused Uncle T-B. man.

Din-din was Modified Tuna Glop, ingest and diet we man.

Out-filled skool forms for Mini-B., formal we man.

Found one supplies requirement from one of Mini-B.'s teechurs, why can't ALL let us know NOW man.

Received shopping-list from Mama T-B., receive we man.

Went to Dollar-&-Half-of-Half-a-Dollar Tree, shop for Mama T-B. & Mini-B. we man.

Found all crucial items, serendipitous man.

Skipped late TV news in favor of up-cleaning casa, industrious we man.

Removed last stray items from guest room, remove we man.

Put new bedspread on guest bed, King spread looks better on Queen bed man.

Up-bagged 2 old Queen bedspreads + superfluous pillow-shams, donate these man.

Vacuumed guestroom floor, scare miu we man.

Room now looks rather like a decent motel room, finally accomplished man.

Of course, no one will probably ever occupy it**, sigh we man.

**the rubias are to stay in our room until we kick them out, explanation man

Took vacuum downstairs to up-clean entire bare floor, covered with detritus man.

Scared miu jumped atop high bookcase and miu'd objections at us, displeased miu man.

Vacuuming surprisingly successful, satisfied we man.

Miu observed away-putting of vacuum, suspicious miu man.

Miu was finally satisfied and demanded yet another miu-treat, Treat Me After This Outrage Daddy man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. and Mini-B. will come to visit at probably Many p.m. on Wednesday, finally man.

We may have a "can you find everything new/different" contest for Mini-B., si man:

-- new outdoor/indoor front mats, si man

-- new front-door peepholes, see man

-- newly cleaned end-table by downstairs couch, see man

-- new desk for Mini-B., whee man

-- new mat inside patio door, si man

-- new fridge ice-maker, si man

-- reconstituted guest room, si man

-- new closet-rod brace in Mini-B.'s closet, have to search wee man man

-- all-new nightshirts in Mini-B.'s dresser, have to search wee man man

-- new clock on bathroom wall, timely man

-- slightly skinnier Daddy man, less of us to si man

And who knows what we're forgetting, si man.

We are inclined to up-clean some piles of junk on our bedroom floor, probably not as daunting as we think man.

We are equally inclined to vegetate baskingly in the glory of our accomplishments, rightful prerogative man.

And this was/is our thrilling Tuesday, report we man.

Meanwhile it's pals are all doing whatever lizards do outside. We see them when the sun is out. Suppose if it does die the smell will let me know where it might be located.

It does say they can bite if cornered. The dog (very much acts like a cat because he was raised with cats) is completely useless and has no interest in chasing anything in old age. If my Dalmatian were alive she would have no problems catching it for sure. With regret I am allergic to cats. It's not so much being scared of it as it is just shocked it's here. These were not creatures anyone can remember in this area.. just appeared two years ago.

Thrilling Wednesday report, see man:

Today was characterized by phone calls about Uncle T-B., holy mackerel man.

-- we got Many calls from the Casa Healthcare personnel, schedule selves man

-- we got Many calls switching out the Casa Healthcare personnel, switch selves man

-- we got Many calls confirming the switchouts of the Casa Healthcare personnel, reconfirm man

-- we got Many calls to schedule Uncle T-B.'s MRI, still unscheduled pending questions man

-- we made Many calls to schedule Urology appointment, previous referral expired man

At one point, we were on one call and 2 others were waiting, Many calls man.  :girlwerewolf2xn:

We did manage to donate the old bed comforters and Mini-B.'s old clothes, all out-cleared man.

Lunch on way back from that was Subway*, ingest we man.

*bought WUOC, financially savvy we man

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. & Mini-B. finally visited at Many p.m., ex-she man quite tired man.

Mini-B.'s hair not cut very much, embarrassing to send him to skool like that man.

Both approved of our casa-changes, approval always good man.

Mini-B. said his new desk was smaller but of good quality, both true man.

Played some Nerf football, we interrupted by an Uncle T-B.-related call man.

Mini-B. swung his light-saber with great relish, finally back to do so man.

Mini-B. took his skool supplies for the 2 classes that we heard anything about, good man.
