Oh Tbone, this is truly crappy with all of the Mini-B stuff.

Has the EX said anything about what is going on with him? I wouldn't let him make the call to stop visiting. I wouldn't give him the chance to even think about it. Your time is court ordered, he will show up for said time and he can pout in his room the whole time if he wants but it is going to happen.

My best friend back in Canada is dealing with major issues but hers are because her ex is a complete and totalled (insert bad bad word here). He threw her out with nothing more then the cloths on her back. Moved his new girl in wouldn't even let her have any access to her boy. No phone calls nothing. He is corrupting that poor 11y old boy to be just like him. She's been dealing with legal aid for over a 1yr now and they are not helping much at all. No movement no nothing. It is killing her, and the longer her boy is with him, the more her ex has time to damage him. He disappears for months at a time in the US and her legal aid lawyers don't do anything to stop him from taking the kid or ditching him with some random girl at the time. SHe was married for more than 35 yrs and he was abusive the whole time and still is.

I told her to get a lawyer who will go after the soon to be ex for his fees. Told her to go after everything, he has. Sadly the damage she has suffered from years of this guy will not allow herself to do what she needs to do. So she sits and waits and hope legal aid will help.

I need to go through the kids clothes to see what fits and what doesn't. The Tornado would rather I just buy her more nightgowns. She hates getting dressed if we just stay home. But we do leave the house from time to time and she needs clothes. The Jedi I pretty much lives in shorts, but if we get some cold snaps he's going to need pants. Little hot box that boy is.

I agree with your mom.

Yikes another 0 that is not good. Does he realize if he keeps this up he will be repeating the 7th grade?

I think at this point the phone should be taken away by you as ex-Mrs keeps giving in. He needs to earn things back with grades and a new attitude.

:P

Iphones have lots of options. She just doesn't want to use them. Too bad you can't take the phone to the store to have them set it up for you.

Safety issues easily solve with  a cheap cell phone that does not have all the fun stuff he wants.

Thrilling Saturday non-GS report, see man:

We wore our new Eddie Bauer pocket t-shirt while GS-ing, bought just on Friday at the ES man.

It was half-past Many (2x2x2 +1) a.m. when we tired of GS-ing, all-time early record man.

Decided to mow front yard and undead Many'rd of back yard, mow we man.

Naturally, the breeze stopped completely during that time, :girlwerewolf2xn: man.

We managed to consume only one sweatband, really needed 2 man.

Our entire body hurt afterward, ow ow ow ow OW man.

Ran errands, si man.

First to favorite nearby resale shop, donate Mini-B.'s garments man.

Was interesting driving in the weird partial-eclipse light, different man.

Next to Walmart, see man:

Rant, grrr man:  We hate Walmart with the passion of Many,000 burning suns, grrr man.

     Always mobbed, hate that man.

Never have everything that we need, no man -- not ever, no man.

Next to legacy supermarket that almost always does have everything, wish we'd gone there first man.

That place was even more mobbed than Walmart, hate that man.

Left with our nerves frazzled, not fun man.

Lunch (at 2 p.m.) was one super-long sub sandwich from Walmart, at least that was available ingest we man.

A siesta was taken, zzz we man.

Awoke and watched a little college football, rah rah go team man.

Went to second legacy supermarket, coupons man.

Made out like a bandit at the clearance/dent bin, financially savvy we man.

Cashieress screwed up and didn't ring up one item, belatedly discovered windfall man.

Din-din was a Banquet meatloaf frozen din-din from this store, ingest we man.

Catered to demands of needy miu, brush/lap/play/feed miu man.

Party with the rubias a bit later, cavort we man.

Quite a bit to clean up before Two Guys (?) week tomorrow eve, must apply ourself we man.

I did go and tried not to watch the clock. Still took two hours to fall asleep. Was woken up to feed the dogs and listen to the Hillbilly make noise as much as he could. :girlwerewolf2xn:

Thrilling Sunday report, see man:

Did our Sunday domestic stuff, domestic we man.

Lunch was a frozen Mexican din-din, ingest we man.

Was just attempting a siesta when phone kept ringing, incessant man.

It was ex-Mrs.-T-B., ex-she man.

Mini-B. had just been bullied (badly) by boys at the nearby basketball court, oh great man.

Very long story short, we man and ex-she man will go to his skool tomorrow, si man.

We will get the phone numbers of the parents of the perpetrators, apprise them man.

We will also caucus with the non-P-Math teechur, previously arranged man.

Din-din was an XL 'roni 'za hastily procured by us for mollification purposes, upset wee man man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. is restricting Mini-B.'s phone for a week because of missed assignment, si man.

If he mouths off to either of us or misses another assignment = one more week minus phone, si man.

He will be allowed to keep the phone for skool/event pickup, but not for more, sorry wee man man.

Enough is enough, si man.

No party with the rubias tonight, no man.

I'm so sorry about the bullying. If it happened off/after school times the school will most likely do nothing. The school more than likely will not give out the parents or child's information. Need to involve the police for this one. I'm am so very sorry about this and this might give you an idea of why Mini-B has been acting up. You need to find out how long this has been going on. The experience I have been through with the bullying with the Tornado is the school will do squat and it will continue. I hope things will be different for Mini-B's sake.

It's the main reason we started homeschooling. Teachers and the administration are so afraid of the bullies parents or they have the excuse of well they have it so rough at home this is their only safe place. So they really don't do anything but maybe take away recess.

Interesting that ex-Mrs.-T-B. and we went to the skool and talked with the Assistant Principal, who said almost the same, si D ma'am.

-- She will talk to the offenders informally, si man.

-- She will give our info to the skool policeman, who will contact the other parents to at least transmit the information and optimally see if they want to talk with ex-Mrs.-T-B., si man.

-- The policeman wasn't in today, so if we don't hear back by Wednesday, we should call again, si man.

We were lucky to piggyback this caucus with the caucus with the non-P-math teechur, who was also congenial and cooperative, si man.

Mini-B. was OK before and after skool today, happy-to-report we man.
