Hello folks. I married to my long time fiance last month. We will send the package for my green card soon.

I have an unexpired F1 visa that i used last year and I returned back to Mexico. I left us after finishing my school.

Now I got new I-20 from a new university. Can I enter US with my unexpired previous F1 visa and brand new I20 while spousal visa application is pending?

We haven't sent the application yet but if i can be a student there while application is pending, my fiance wouldn't have to quit his job to move here. so we want to know before planning.

My fiance lives there and we think we can be together while application is in progress. process in long so meantime i can finish my degree there and be together with my fiance at the same time if i can use my f1 visa.

I know I cannot enter us with intetnion to adjust status but if i'm already married here so there will be 0 chance we will get married in the usa. We are already getting married here(outside of us) and we won't get married there. I would return back to mexico when i have an interview for the green card. and i would not overstay my visa.

i hope my question is clear and i hope someone can provide advise for me.

F-1 is non immigrant.

You're already describing immigration intent. So, file CR-1

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
