What is to be done next if uscis approve form I-130? Is my husband going to send them his current account balance while doing the affidavit of support? Or is he only going to send them his annual salary 🤔

Current income is king for the affidavit of support. Unless he is self-employed, current income is demonstrated by providing recent paystubs and/or a letter from his employer (on letterhead) stating his salary.

You’ve posted this in the DCF forum but I don’t think that’s relevant to you? So assuming you’re applying via the ‘normal’ route then you’ve got a long time before the I-130 is approved.

But in the meantime, read up on the process so you can understand all the steps and what will be required - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition.html

Good luck.

Our I-130 online form now says that it's being reviewed by USCIS, but that nothing is outstanding for now 😒. Is it a normal thing for them to say that they are currently reviewing my case but that nothing is outstanding for now?

Yes. It will say that for the next 12-14 months.

You just wait.  You will get another Notice of Action before it is sent to the NVC.

You should study the guide here and the forums to learn about what comes next.
