can i apply k1(fiance) visa? (Help is appriciated) (first time applicant here)

Thank you everyone, can we apply for spousal visa outside of us? like in greece?

my boyfriend is with me now and we are planning our engagement ceremony first then wedding here.

can we file now with court marriage(official signitures only)? but in this case, we won't send anything supporting in the package?

 

do you recommend filing it fast with just court wedding and do everything else late?

I would recommend starting the clock as soon as you have the marriage certificate.  Your USC spouse can file the I130 online from anywhere.
