This I got today from our attorney

"I just received a notice from USCIS request a completed Form G-325 for Nataliya. I am attaching the form. Please forward this by email to Nataliya and have her print and sign the form where indicated.

She should then return the form to you or me by expedited delivery. We must submit this form to USCIS by August 22.

The good news is that we now know they are actively working on the application!"

And this is saying they have not lost our application and we might have their deciion in a short time (compearing to 223 days of waiting since our NOA1 )

just hope it will cheer up someone else with clse timeline to mine

wish all of you good luck and god mood and happy life after this night mare will be over

This confuses me. The G-325 is sent in with the I-130, why is your lawyer only now telling you that you need this? Am I missing something here?

Trust.

Im having the same Dilema. Our lawyer never updated my husbands Biographic data sheet. It has my inlaws place of birth and birthdates missing. I wonder if that is what is holding us back and why we have not gotten an approval after a year. I have waited from them to RFE my something but over a year and nothing. They just say to wait because we are in AP security checks or what ever. Im thinkig of sendig it any way with the envelople RFE. I hope it will fly. =0) I know its a him leap of faith and hope that it does the trick.
