That is the question that asks you to enter the figures as reflected in your Tax Return..( the taxable income) but remember your return also has a line that shows your non taxable income ..

Hope it clarifies a bit.

Thanks, I only have my tax transcripts and I see only the $502 in the Total income as Chancy stated. @3,340 in SS benefits, $12,950 in standard deduction, and $501 as Taxable Interest Income. Also AGI is $502.

I recall a 1099 R is issued for  VA benefits and on the actual 1040 return the $ amount is entered somewhere.
You should also include the actual returns …( I know redundant, but avoids possible back and forth RFE) .

But the VA award letter and a bank statement showing direct deposit should make this bullet proof.

Thank you. I may not have access to one of my returns. I have never received a 1099 R for VA, just for SS.

Only one year ( most current) so 2022 is ever required, other two are optional to file so skip them.
Your VA is not an age related benefit , so no 1099 R , I assume. —no problem.

We have four cases at NVC (CR1, IR2 x 3) -- three of the cases (my spouse and two of my stepkids) were DQ'd on April 26. The fourth (my other stepkid) was just DQ'd yesterday, May 26.

Will NVC continue keep them all together for the interview scheduling, despite their different DQ dates?

Hello, if an I-130 and separate I-864's, On Part 5 on the I-864, how do you add up the family size on each form?

On my Wife's, I list 1 in No. 1, 1 in No. 2, I have to list 1 in No. 6, which totals 3 in No. 8.

On Stepson, I think I'm supposed to list the same, but I'm not sure.

That would show, Item No. 8 with 3 total on each. I'm wondering if this is the correct way to do the I-864?

Sorry, I meant Part 5.
