Little time left, appreciate any advise

Thank you all of you for your advise, sorry for my lack of responses. Been a busy weekend with work. I've now a clear path to what I am going to do next, so far my spouse if 100% positive they wont be accompanying me:

1. I refiled (but not summited) a i751 + recollected copies of original + new evidence, just in case to have it ready. 

2. Re-scheduled the interview for an extra month.

3. We're coordinating to get started today on the divorce process, they couldn't get it done in the weekend. Its my spouse that wants the divorce.

4. I will be attending then by myself and ask to amend a divorce waiver and if is possible withdraw the N400, I suspect it may just be denied.

 

Hopefully the divorce will be finalized before the RFE response time.

 

Again, thank you all for your help. It has helped me a lot.
