My fiance will have the interview this week, and I have a question. I am divorced and we need to present termination of marriage, which I scanned and my fiance printed a copy. However, checking the packet with instructions it states it must be a certified photocopy. Will this become a problem on the day of the interview.

Could be an RFE.

The morning of her interview, I handed my fiancee a certified copy direct from the court house that issued my decree, and the CO did not ask for it.

Good luck.

Maybe.

At my visa interview, the CO asked for my petitioner's divorce decree, and he was fine with the print-out I presented.  Then again, maybe he just didn't notice because it was a color print-out on legal size paper.
