Does everyone who files through my.uscis.gov get an online account number? I have never seen one on the materials (NOA, etc.) they have sent.

 

The web says to go to the profile page, but I have no profile page. I have account settings, and there is no number.

There should have been a letter with instructions that went with the notification. You set up your account the first time.
