Hello guys!..I hope everyone is doing well.. So, here I am getting to submit an I-130 for my dad..I just wanted to make sure that my understanding is correct for the I-130 requirements..

  • Complete and submit an I-130 form
  • Money order of $535 for the filing fee
  • Copy of my birth certificate
  • Copy of certificate of citizenship (for evidence of citizenship)

Please kindly let me know if I have missed any initial document requirements when it comes to submitting an I-130 from.

Thank you so much in advance.

Also need to submit a copy of your parents' marriage certificate.  Other documents may also be required.  Check page 8 of the form instructions here -- https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf
