If you can get doutor to fax or email statement like someone posted you should be fine. I do not even think that Dave even really needed a lawyer if he gets this info with statement from doc. But it is better safe than sorry.

He will be OK but I am soorry that Dave had to spend a night in the slammer. Let us know.

I was just talking to Dave before he went to bed (I can still hear him breathe..... he's sleeping right now and I'm watching his tv... :lol: ) and he told me that he wishes I was there because he didn't get anyone to go with him tomorrow!! #######???

His brother needs to open the pizza place, his mom can't barely walk (she needs a knee surgery), and his dad just doesn't think it'd make a difference if he went!! MAN!

Oh god I wish I could be there for him..... the thought of him looking around and not having ANYONE there with him (except for the lawyer) just breaks my heart in a thousand pieces.

I'm so frustrated rigth now.... I HATE that he has to be there all by himself.

I'll call his friend first thing in the morning and see if he can go to give him some support.

What a mess! :crying::crying::crying:

7:34am here and I still can't sleep.... Watched him all night and thought what I'm going to do if they take him away. It's scary to think of it.... maybe I shouldn't, but I can't help it.

The person I love the most, my best friend, is right there, I can see see him(he looks so cute sleeping with the kitties) and everything is so wonderful with us..... hate to think it can be taken away from me in a few hours.

Yeah call me Mrs negativity today. :(

I know that probably everything will be just fine, but the word "probably" bothers me! :unsure:

1. Never give a cop permission to search your car. EVER!!!! If they are asking they don't have probable cause for a search.

2. Rohypnol is illegal here and is a date rape drug.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

According to the ACLU:

1. Upon request, show them your driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. In certain cases, your car can be searched without a warrant as long as the police have probable cause. To protect yourself later, you should make it clear that you do not consent to a search. It is not lawful for police to arrest you simply for refusing to consent to a search

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!
