I would like to share my timeline. Please follow up with yours if you are waiting or have already passed an immigrant interview in Warsaw, Poland (Eb-2 category NIW).

Do you know whats the procedure of performing medica? The website mentioned that we need to perform medical before two weeks. I also found that lab center is different than house doctor.

After you receive an interview letter, you should go to website of us embassy in your country, find the page with certified MDs in your country and make an appointment. Physician will check your vaccination record, take an Xray of lungs (TB text), blood test. Bring all vaccination record with you (no english translation is required). If you need some additional shots, you will get it during your exam. I have not had my exam yet but planning to get hep B shot (I lost my old record) in a advance.

In general it went well as I think I got 221(g) white slip (additional information required to be sent by email). I think it happened bc I changed the company in Russia since my I-150 was filled in. And also I'm in biology so this is the area of their special attention and interest.

 

What category are you for? why they asked you to provide job offer?

They asked me about job offer. 

Later they asked me to submit proof of financial assets and CV and list of publications.

Again what category of GC are you?)) Are you NIW?

 

Not yet, I did not even send them documents yet. My interview was in Poland, I am Russian citizen. I will have to submit all documents, wait for their decision and hopefully travel to Poland again when they give me a new appointment.
