Best VPN for Philippines?

I'm trying to decide which VPN service would be best for use both within and from outside of Philippines (I travel back and forth from US to PHL). NordVPN looks good, but they don't have any servers in PHL. ExpressVPN also looks good. I would want to be able to stream local PHL content and use banking websites, etc. from the US and vice-versa. Online encrypted storage and a good password manager would also be a plus.

NordVPN, ExpressVPN, or a different one?

I really like Proton VPN.  It works great for me....and it has a free option.   I believe there is a free Japanese server.   The paid version looks to include some PI servers.

ExpressVPN works fine for me.  They have servers in both the US and the Philippines.

I am in the Philippines now. I use Windscribe---the Chrome extension. Works perfectly. I am able to access all of my banking sites and US Government sites. I route my traffic through a Chicago server.

I'm in the Philippines, and I use ExpressVPN.  Pricey, but it works for me.  They do have a server in the Philippines and pretty much every where else.  Every once in a while I have to switch the server around in the US because Netflix gets smart.  I also use ExpressVPN for my phone and Android TV box.  (VPN for your phone highly recommended if you use data and apps and especially if you connect to sketchy wifi.)

Mullvad VPN, yes you pay, but it is anonymous and very reliable.

Also, if you purchase an access point with an OpenVPN server, you connect the AP to the Philippines wired connection, establish a VPN to the states and then connect your laptop to the AP, your laptop with 'think' it is in the USA, since the VPN tunnel is established before you connect.

I have a pixel 6a that I use in the Philippines. I run Google Fi on it. It comes with a built in VPN. I can access all my important US sites without error.

I have a Tunnel Bear subscription for my wife, which works well for her; no issues to note. 

When I'm in the Philippines, particularly working, I use BitDefender VPN (it's also my antivirus). Geoblocking and server issues haven't been a problem for me with my VPN.
