Timeline

I've been watching the April filers thread too and someone who filed 4/4 has recently been approved so it looks like we're currently around 4-6 weeks away

Visa journey so far

 

CR1

18-05-2023 - I-130 filed

18-05-2023 - I-130 NOA1 sent

10-06-2024 - I-130 NOA2 sent

18-06-2024 - Welcome letter received

18-06-2024 - Paid fees

21-06-2024 - I-864 payment cleared, I-864 and supporting documents uploaded

26-06-2024 - IV payment cleared, DS-260 completed and documents uploaded

03-07-2024 - Document Qualified

18-09-2024 - IL Received

01-11-2024 - Approved

16-11-2014 - Flying to USA

Interview was approved on march 19. I had the passports ready to pick up on march 21. Only two questions were asked. Officer congratulated us in uploading all evidence to the NVC portal. They did not ask for anything else other than the original birth certificate, marriage certificate and divorce decree.  Good luck everyone in this journey. hubby will arrive soon and I can't wait. for me the k3 was extremely worth it. From beginning to end my process only took 9-10 months and that was because there is a backlog for interviews in DR for 6 months.

FYI, once we submitted everything to NVC things moved fairly quickly here in Bangkok.  Hope it goes fast for you guys also.

how did you find out ?

It was on the Documents tab.  And they closed my K3 also.
