While filing out the DS-260 make sure every information you fill tallies with what you filed during your i130. You will have a lot of things to fill in your DS-260 but it will be basically the questions that you are asked. Then in your civil documents, have your passport data page, your birth certificate, your police report etc ready, the civil documents is about uploading documents, it's easy but you have to be careful to submit all that is required carefully.

You are welcome. If you have any further questions while filling it, be free to ask. I will try as much as I can to be checking my email.

I just received the Welcome Email from the National Visa Center this morning.  It took exactly 1 week after receiving the I-130 form approval.  I will make sure I update my timeline with this information.

Sorry that I ask……but was is a Tier 2 agent……?

It's another level of assistance with USCIS. They take on the more involved problems. When/if you need to call USCIS the person you initially speak to is Tier 1 and they will either be able to help you or they will submit the issue "up the ladder" to a Tier 2 office/agent. That can take at least up to 30 days. Mine was submitted June 7th and still waiting to hear from them.
