Keep checking your email, but if you get nothing till tomorrow, then still go to Police State CID, they will take it up from there and do your capturing for you

Thank you I went to the FCID here in Abuja for fingerprinting yesterday and I have the document with me now! Although It says it’s only valid for 3 months on it, so with this long wait time for IL does it mean I’ll have to get another one when I’m going for Interview?

You are welcome. Yes the Police report expires in 3 months for the Police, but it's good in the US embassy for 2 years.

Please note, its duration in the US embassy differs from other countries. For Nigeria it is 2 years.

Lawyer

I advise people to file themselves... it's well, you will be approved soon. You should reach the USCIS through your Congressman, inform your lawyer to reach them through the Congressman, it will hasten up your approval

Also, when you check your USCIS status what does it say? I hope it also shows when your case started being actively reviewed by the USCIS, if yes, when did it start being actively reviewed?

Okay, that's good then. You will be approved, but tell your lawyer to contact the USCIS through your Congressman. That will help
