And THIS is exactly why I will never vote Democrat.  I'm a swing voter who was actually going to vote for Kennedy before he suspended his campaign and took his name off the ballot in Texas. After the utter misery of the LEGAL immigration experience, Trump is getting my vote now, despite the fact that it was Harris' office that forwarded my email complaint to USCIS about the never ending processing times for I-130's.

Eh. I'm an independent too and strongly dislike both parties. However, while Trump might be a bit better for legal immigration (though, like another poster said, this is questionable), he's a hell of a lot worse on many other non-immigrant related issues. Add to that that he's clearly having similar age-related issues as Biden.

The truth is that we simply have horrific options in the US.

Is anyone else left hanging from May 2023?

Yep, you're not the only one. We would have been approved that last week of May, instead I receive an RFE because I misread a portion of the application where my wife's information should have been put there, but I put my information in by mistake. Received the RFE May 31st and sent a letter back to them July 30th, stating the screw-up since there was no "evidence" on my wife's behalf. Still waiting....

Your previous posts say your I-30 was approved back in June? Or do you mean waiting for an interview? If so, lots will be - some consulates still have a 2+ year wait for interviews. Manila does the odd 'mass expedite' thing, but the last one (a couple of weeks ago) was for those DQ'ed up to April 2024 I believe, so you might be in the next one.

Good luck.
