Just got our I-130 approved today after getting an RFE (our NOA1 was May 23, 2023). RFE was on June 12 and it took us quite a bit of time to jump through hoops with the birth certificate issuing authority to write us a letter stating that there was no history of a name change. Submitted our RFE response on July 3. Looking forward to the next steps!

So true ..

Even some do adjustment of status from visitor's visa to immigrant visa without even facing any consequences. When clearly USCIS says people should not overstay visitor's status.

And people like us who go through all these struggles and pain , waiting , who do everything right and according to the rule doesnt have any perks others than suffering and be away from their dear ones.

😔😔😔

I read something about just being unfair in life and not caring.  This is the definition of the American politician.

Hi - We are May 7 2023 PD in the Philippines and still waiting for an interview date.  Is there anyone else who is still waiting for an interview from May?  It is for a spouse visa.

Seems like everyone disappeared/approve.
