Can someone tell me how I will receive the RFE that USCIS is requesting? Their message to me was that the request was sent on the 31st? Will that come through the mail /FedEx? Thanks

I read somewhere it comes within a week. Please do one thing, iin AskEmma say "live chat" and speak to an agent. I think will help you get it faster. All the best

Timeline before they send IL depends on the beneficiary's country of origin or residence. It differs...

For those of you that got approved earlier this May - congratulations on getting to the NVC stage, finally!!! I haven't seen much talk about NVC on here besides one or two, is there a different forum we can get directed to for fellow support on the next steps for those of us that have filed in May and have gotten to the NVC stage? It would be nice to follow along with each of our May-filers journeys to completion and have that continued support through our NVC stage. Any May NVC stage fellow friends here? ❤️

Some May 17th PD'S got approved yesterday. I don't know why they skipped 14th, 15th. No panics though, I'm sure
