Hi, I'm planning a trip to Florida at the end of the year. I'm in Illinois so we'll fly there. I am currently in the process for marriage based green card (AOS) and I was just wondering if I'd be okay to fly to Florida for a week. So far, I've received receipt notices and had biometrics done. I've just heard about the new bill passed in Florida where it's a felony to bring an undocumented immigrant into Florida. Am I an undocumented immigrant at this time?
