Tourist Visa - Are frequent trips to US permitted?

If your financial situation is strong, and you can prove this if asked, I dont see you having a problem.

This is what I was thinking.  The only scenario I see working is if the OP is quite wealthy and can prove it.

Yup, sure did, went through the surrendering of my green card through the correct, official process including I-407 filing and submission of final tax return.
