When filling I-129F, my fiance being US born, what will he answer when asked "Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship on your name?" He should answer NO or leave it all blank? And where he would have put the number of this certificate, he leaves it blank or puts N/A?

I am thinking you want to know how to answer question number 10 under part A? If so, you need to check or mark the box labeled "Birth in the U.S.". That will answer the question completely. No need to mark anything "N/A".
