Hi all,

we had a F3 petition that came current in Jan 2020, by March 2020 all embassies and everything shut down.
March 2021 the petitioner passed away while our case was still at the NVC

When we informed them of passing they sent the case back to USCIS and told us it is revoked.

then last year we heard about humanitarian reinstatement and applied for that using a lawyer.

sent the request August 2022.

can others who have recently gone through this process or going through it please shed light on the wait time and other details.

Thanks
