I’ll let her know. Thanks. We were confused on differences between making reports between the embassy, CBP, and ICE and when reports should be made.  
 

I thought it was the following :

embassy- best if person hasn’t been issued visa yet 

CBP- best after issued visa and haven’t travelled yet 

ICE- if the person has already travelled living in the states 

 

It seems best to make reports to as many as possible(with appropriate evidence). Thank you again.

Hey all,

 

Just wanted  to update everyone. Friends report did not work to prevent individual  from entering.  Individual has arrived (according to social media).
