My wife's case changed to Administrative Processing today,  after they got my certified divorce paperwork on the afternoon of Tuesday the 12th.  Fingers crossed it's a quick AP (this is Brazil).

And looking again at the case on Monday September 18th at 10pm,  the status at CEAC was shown as Issued.

Got shipment notice on the 20th (claims it came from the ASC in Rio),  and delivered in Rio Grande de Norte, Brazil on the 22nd (though correios had estimated a delivery on the 27th).

Update:

 

Visa Approved! Visa was printed and "Issued" status updated in CEAC same day as interview. Finally time to start planning flights.

 

The end & beginning are finally coming into fruition!
