It's Stacey! Well, this does seem like old times again, doesn't it?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Things are good- we just pigged out on boiled crabs. Yum!!!

How are you doing?

Im doing, thanks for the asking. I watched a programme with Julia Child once and she placed a pile of live crabs in this kettle, and mind you, there were ALIVE! Oh, it was terrifying. Is that how they are prepared?

We didn't do the boiling today, we bought them already boiled. But yes- they were alive before they went into the pot.

We have had crawfish and crab boils here at the house and Mel buys them live. He does the boiling.

Well, I would have to turn my head while they are being, well, boiled. She was merciful to a lobster once. She pierced it in the head before she plopped it in the boiling kettle. I dunno, I can eat it if I do not see the actual demise.
