This is much better than the every day of the week in OT threads lol. People here are more friendly.

..and more considerate to each other's feelings..this is the place that you can just sit back and relax and not afraid to share your thoughts and ideas..there maybe a lil misunderstanding here and there but that is normal anywhere..and this is the thread that welcome to everybody.. :star: :star: :star:

Hello and good morning to each and everyone here!!

Good Morning BBR people!

so my neighbour from the floor underneath mine complained that she has a leak on the roof, right underneath my laundry room... so they suspect is the water pipes underneath my floor

so as I write, there's a plumber in my kitchen, he seems to think that it's because the pipes are a little clogged and he's cleaning them, hope that fixes it, because otherwise they'll need to break into the floor...just when I was about to start advertising the apartment for sale, come oooon. :crying:

Mate* anyone?

*Mate (pronounced /'ma.te/) is a caffeinated infusion prepared by steeping dried leaves of yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis) in hot water. It is the national drink in Uruguay and Argentina and a common social practice in Paraguay and parts of Chile, Brazil, eastern Bolivia, Lebanon, and Syria.

oooh, I hope, they can fix the leak soon without any major repairs like breaking into the floor, that would SUCK!!

I want some. It's a very common drink in Rio Grande do Sul (a state in south Brazil) where my family is from. I miss it.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
