Good Morning BBR people!

so my neighbour from the floor underneath mine complained that she has a leak on the roof, right underneath my laundry room... so they suspect is the water pipes underneath my floor

so as I write, there's a plumber in my kitchen, he seems to think that it's because the pipes are a little clogged and he's cleaning them, hope that fixes it, because otherwise they'll need to break into the floor...just when I was about to start advertising the apartment for sale, come oooon.

I used to drink Mate a LOT!!

oooh, I hope, they can fix the leak soon without any major repairs like breaking into the floor, that would SUCK!!
