Two of my birds are going to a new home Saturday. I never get rid of a pet, this is always their last stop, but I am no longer able to care for so many. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Thanks, kimmy. I will keep the African Grey and the Cockatoo. My turtle is going on the 16th to a good home, too. The conure I had since she was a baby 17 years ago. It is just breaking my heart.

I rescued him about 16 years ago. He is handicapped, but my case manager really wants him, and I feel good about it cos she will give him the care he needs. The birds.....it is killing me.

yes, i had to do that with my grey. didn't really have much of a choice as i was overseas at the time.
