I eat lots of veggies and salad the entire week, I need a break from the healthy stuff at least on Saturdays. I'll make mashed potatoes for hubby. He really loves my mashed potato. I put a lot of garlic in it and pepper. But I won't eat, no carbs for me ty very much :P

I'll go to the couch watch dvd and relax.
