My Summer = work. 7 Days a week from May until September haha. I come home and wait for my fiance to come online chat for a few hours then sleeeep.

Not yet. was recently approved 7 days ago. Just wating for NVC now. but I am hoping she will be here by November.

UGH!!!!!!! NVC was a worse wait for me than CSC. I KNEW CSC wait would be long, but I was expecting NVC to be about a weel... It was 3 weeks. I was stressing! Anyhow, Now I'm waiting on packet 3. I should have received already, but when I got my NVC letter, I saw they had his name incorrect and NVC told me to email Consulate. So I did and they said they'd fix. I think that is what's holding it up. I figure they had to do all the background/name checks again. Oh well, better to correct mistakes than to worry about them later.

I see yours left NVC july 5th. Do you have in interview date yet?

Yeah I am so impatient I want to call NVC even though its only been a week. I am thinking we are going to try for an early medical I read you can get one with the NOA2 paper receipt.

No, I have not received packet 3. Mexico has walk-in appointments for K-1's, but you need the appointment letter that comes in packet 3.

I have read where a few people have used their NOA2 letters to get an early medical. they will give you your packet at the place you will get your exam done. Well thats in the Philippines anyway. I hope that will work anyway. Would be nice to get that out of the way.

I've heard that as long as you the Consulate in Mexico is ready for you that you can get an appointment letter when you arrive. I don't know anyone that's done it though so I don't wanna waist a trip. We'll just wait for the letter. I already have all of the forms filled out so I don't need those...just the letter.
