Me too! Like Omoba says, we may bend in the wind, to the left, to the right, foreward and backward, but we are still standing. What an inspiration she has been to me , as well as MissV and so many many more on here.

I had a happy thought today. I was thinking about that feeling you get with the first hug at the airport, after months of being apart and finally that person you are madly in love with is standing in front of you...being able to see kiss him and tell him how much you missed him...

I was telling Justin that, even years from now, when we've been married for a while, I don't want to forget that feeling that each hug counts, that each kiss is special, and that every morning together is an amazing gift.

Whenever I'm feeling down because I miss him, Justin always puts things in perspective for me...he helps me look beyond this temporary separation and look positively into the future and all the amazing things we'll share together...like, that hug at the airport, when we know it's the start of our life together...or years from now, when we can look back into this effort and think "Good for us, we did it! we passed this test and our love is stronger for it"

Hope I can kind of do the same thing for you girls

Tommy is exactly the same, I try so so hard to keep positive, yet sometimes it feels like I can't breath, ever get that feeling?

You ladies are lovely, thank you, for making a sad me, feel more positive.

Maybe the shortness of breath is an indication of stress ?? For myself, my heart will hurt. Stress messes with a lot of things physically. It causes my blood sugar to skyrocket, and when it is really bad I get the ' nervous bowel' . More reasons why we have to stay focused and as calm as possible. For us older ladies, I think it is worse on our bodies, but that is just my opinion.

I know when things like this happen, I turn to the promises of God, reflect back on past miracles, rely on what His Word says and even ask friends to pray for me. I could not have made this long, torturous journey so far without God .

Well said Nagi! I developed shortness of breath while going through this whole process and found out it was just major acid reflux. Relieved that I wasn't having a heart attack!
