Glad to join you, I filed 05/06 and got "case actively reviewed" the same day and "fingerprints taken" few days later.

Filed on-line, SF field office!

I wasn't sure either if filing online or by mail, then I started the application online and found it very easy, consider that in case of an RFE you'll get the notice in your e-mail right away instead of waiting for the mail to come.

It takes about 2 hours and I did it from my phone. You don't even need a laptop!!!

Applied online and sent it in today (May 17.)  Yes, I did find it pretty straightforward since I had most files scanned and saved on my computer. I'm so excited to be almost done with the immigration process.

I submitted my N-400 application yesterday, according to usps it should arrive at Phoenix lockbox tomorrow 👍

I sent it today May 19th and a couple of hours later I got a notification that my case is being reviewed and that they will reuse my biometrics, no biometrics appointment needed. Let's see what's next.

Im just curious, why some got oath taking ceremony right after the interview? Is it per state requirement? If you're from Chicago is the oath taking separate or is there a chance for same day with interview?

It depends on the USCIS office policy, procedures, and staffing.

Received a biometrics appointment notice today, for 6/12

Just submitted my Hub's N-400 petition, would have done it sooner but needed some documents and him sign papers for translations. He sadly was on a business trip out of state for over 2 months. Within the hour we got his Receipt Notice and them reusing his BIOs, thankfully since he had to go back out of state for business for the next 5 weeks  Really hoping this business trip wont hurt us. He was here at home for 10 days before going back. 

 

I'm excited since soon we will finally have the same country!

Just filed my N-400 for the 5-year rule. Was looking at a 17 month processing time but it ust changed to 10 months. Will update once I have miore information.
