Addresses that don't fit and PDF blocks punctuation

Greetings all-
I'm working on K-1 for my fiancee in Taiwan. Often the addresses there (employer as well as the Beneficiary physical address) don't really conform to the postal standards of the US form.
I sent an Amazon package there successfully, but not sure how to fill out this form.
For example- there are "districts" in addition to city, but that's certainly not a "province" as I would understand it- so
"Luzhu District Taoyuan City", which is all part of Taipei...
besides that, the address line itself is too long, and the PDF form doesn't allow punctuation (comma's for example) in the fields.

An example address similar to what I am working with:

No. 15-17, Lane 230, Section 1, Nankan Road,
Luzhu District, Taoyuan City 33859

In the case of an employer name and address should I put the "See Part 8" or See Additional Sheet note in the Employer name field, so all that entry is in one spot (in the addendums area)?

Look forward to any guidance....

Thanks in advance!
Ted
