I can’t believe , sent them second time inquiry from on 26th Jul and they responded on 28th Jul  ,

it said that we don’t have your case , now I’m going to tell my fiancé do the tried time inquiry .

they also provide us the specific email to send the document to them in the email

It that normal ?
I received the noa2 from on 19th May

It happened to people before getting their case number. Inquire again via général inquiries and the nvcresearch email, ask your petitioner to do both, and the chances are high you will get a positive reply

I chimed in in that thread about the 60-day limit for NOA2 to NVC Received. I understand it was now raised to 120 days but most users won't really go back to fix their timelines now, so I think this skewed numbers down, not making it accurate. Right now it's back to around 40 days to get received.

I understand the cap was to prevent user mistakes, but unfortunately, in this case, it made the timelines inaccurate due to the unforeseen delays in USCIS -> NVC process. Maybe more attention could've been paid to the K1 timelines. Not all users know how to contact support or even that there was a cap (the timeline only showed errors).

Another inaccuracy I see is in the NVC processing. If you look at March 2022, you'll see a peak at 200 days for NVC processing. It's not true and a few timelines are pushing the numbers up due to user mistake (at least I assume it's a user mistake on selecting the year). Examples below:
https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=366778
https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=401191
https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=365994

More could be done to help users update their timelines. Sometimes it's hard for people to find it and accurately update it, especially if they're mobile users. If VJ wants to use 100% user-generated info for their stats (instead of colaborating with people pulling info from receipt numbers), then this has to be a priotity.

I too a look at these timelines.  Which entries seem wrong -- happy to help?  On the whole they seem right but could be outliers in terms of extended processing times.  We do outlier removal in our estimates, graphs, etc...

When I found those timelines I also looked at some K1 cases that had a NOA2 close to their NOA2s. And they all had pretty short NVC processing. Would an NVC received and/or case number assigned -> NVC left take almost a year?

One of them I see has a note that the embassy transfer was requested, so it could be possible it took 5 months between the case number and NVC left... however still too long.

I haven't been able to check all timelines that have a huge processing time inside NVC, especially because it's not easy to go back and check March 2022 timelines here on VJ when I filter by NVC left (only a few per page, I can only skip 2 pages, etc). If you could see if these were odd cases/user mistakes or in fact NVC was taken 6 months to a year for K1 around March 2022, I'd appreciate it.

Are you going to refill in the inquiry form again?

it's odd cuz both of us don't receive the number

other people normally got the number within 90 days
