@Cheesehead22Hello. My fiance is in the Philippines too. I love the Philippines and the Filipino people. Its been taking about  90 days from Noa2 notice to get NVC case approved and sent to embassy in Manila. Once the embassy has it then your fiancé can pay the embassy fee, schedule medical exam, interview, and CFO class. She will also need to get cenomar, nbi clearance, other misc docs as well as annulment docs if she has ever been married before. Appointments for the medical and interview are available in abundance but the CFO class is scheduling a month out for the face to face sessions. CFO also provides an online seminar which has appointment available much sooner. I have a guide on the philippine K1 visa process but its to big to attach here. If you're interested i can email it to you.

Hoping NVC will move quick for us.

hey everyone

I received the NOA2 Form on 19th May but I have not received the TAI number and Welcome Latter and instructions for nearly two months

My husband already filled out the inquiry form on 4th Jul and they did respond but so far i have not received the number and something else

Is that normal ?

What else can i do to get the number quickly ?

cuz NOA2 mentions valid date until 19th Sep

Yes it is normal, 8 May here and still nothing. Expect 90 days. I would suggest to keep inquiring on a regular basis.

My future father in law to be honest is quite sick. I am scared I won’t be able to get married in time so he can see our wedding and celebrate in the US. Still waiting for visa to be sent to embassy and 60 days since NOA2

Are there things I can do to push for things to move quicker? Or really no point right now?

Sorry to hear about your father In-law. I'll be praying for him. I'm not sure what else can be done. Maybe Sarah has some ideas

Mine passed during the process à few months ago. I feel you. Expedite did not work unfortunately.

I am so so sorry about your situation. Immigration is way more than just visas and fees and processing. So much more involved. I hope your FIL can join you for your wedding.

Are you the petitioner or beneficiary? I heard expedites usually work more when it's the USC that has an emergency, not the beneficiary.
Either way, I'd see if you can expedite it. Doesn't hurt to contact NVC about it and then if necessary contact the embassy if your embassy has backlog. I've seen some people managing to make the embassy process faster for various reasons and embassies are usually more open to requests.

I am here wishing your FIL can make it through to share your happiness! And that you can make this wait shorter for him.

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

I am so sorry to hear that. It is terrible that they were not able to assist you in any way 😞

You can try to expedite with NVC and I hope they will be empathic and compassionate. Yes we tried to call uscis to expedite when my US future father in law was really terribly ill and they said over the phone it was not a valid reason. Very sad, but he passed back in March. I really know what this feels like. Praying for you 🙏🙏

Hi everyone? Same question all over again , but I’ll ask anyways? I got my NOA2 approval letter on Jun-26-2023. How long it takes for NVC to receive it from USCIS? Waiting to get any information from NVC already a Month!!! Please advise? 😀
Thank you and good luck you all 🗽🗽🗽
