the other option is to make a note at the bottom that you have a trip booked on x dates. i'm in canada and close enough to the border that i can see it from my house (yes literally) and our lawyer said just to go back 3 yrs and then make a note at the bottom that there might be future trips! i'll also take my report from the border to my interview in case they ask for it

Thank you so much, I didn't know you could make a note like that ! Is that at the bottom of the form?

I am confused because my friend who just arrived with a K1 in the USA did fill in the form while she was visiting in the US and was able to enter her current trip and future return date, booked an interview and flew back to Paris after scheduling it online.

So perhaps I did something wrong while checking.

I will call the embassy number and NVC on Monday just to make sure.

Otherwise yes , making a note at the bottom of the form and going to the interview with the I 94 in and out details sounds like a good solution !

OK so I made a test and tried again and it's working. You can add a recent arrival date with departure in the future!!

It must have been a problem with my laptop I guess, tried several times and the form accepts it, so that's a relief!

I was approved May 8th and NVC told me they have not received the petition and please contact us when 60 days have passed. So perhaps they will send it out this week since your approval was one week earlier, and we depend on the same embassy. I will ask them again on day 45 this Thursday .... arrggg

How did you guys were able to even get a tier 2 agent? Please explain because we had no luck! Congrats @Saeid

Thanks but, too soon for congrats lol... My fiance and I lost our faith on USCIS and waiting for NVC to actually confirm that.

I called USCIS, talk to the live agent and asked for tier 2 agent who took around 30 days to call me back/email me. You can also chat to a live agent through Emma and ask for tier 2.

I just double checked my copy of the package I sent in (I-129f) and the only contact information USCIS asked for of the beneficiary was the their mailing address. So is NVC going to snail mail them sometime?

I was under the impression from the Noa2 letter that I, the partitioner, would receive a letter from NVC by mail. 🤔

I don't think NVC is going to mail anything, they will email. The only future mail would be for some Embassies to beneficiary (even most of the Embassies are contacting via Email now)

So the wait time for USCIS to send your case to the NVC is depends on how busy your embassy is?

Your noa2 is May 1. mine is May 2, hmmm what are the odds? I called uscis infopass on June 02 and was told to call back after another 30 days.

Does the nvc has confirmed your petition and gave you a received date yet?

I must say this is quick by current timelines ! .... USCIS is normally taking in excess on 60 days just to send the case to NVC. your's seem to have taken less than 45 ! thats nice and speedy ! congratulations on moving to next step of the process. keep us posted with your progress.
